The overall index and every filtered or per-organization slice publishes only after it clears n ≥ 100 reviewed responses. Below the threshold the API returns a suppression state only — never counts, scores, or reason breakdowns that could allow reconstruction. No reviewed-response count is released at any level below n = 100.

Every slice number in this view is computed by satisfaction_index_slice — a security-definer function that enforces the uniform n ≥ 100 threshold for every overall, filtered and organization slice. The browser never queries raw responses.
