How to submit

1. Redact your personal info (name, license #, signatures)
2. Email the document or figures to data@brokeragecosts.com
3. Tell us: brokerage, office/city, plan name, and effective date
4. Anonymous is fine — we never publish sources' identities

What counts as verification: an official fee schedule, an ICA fee exhibit, or two independent agent submissions that agree. Recruiting decks count as "reported" until corroborated. Every accepted change appears on the Updates timeline with its effective date.
